Tyson Elder is a writer and photographer living in the outskirts of Victoria, British Columbia.

Tyson writes and rambles about his day to day activities for his personal blog (tysonelder.org) and posts things he thinks are interesting on his tumblr (tsnldr.com). Tyson is also a contributor for the travel website Journals Abroad where he uses his unique brand of humour, music nostalgia, and personal experiences to write his articles. Tyson is also the Editor-in-Chief and main contributor for a yet to launch music website (sawhorsemag.com).

As a photographer Tyson has had his photographs published in The Sun (UK), The Times Colonist, Canada.com, CHEK News, several other major news outlets, and countless blogs. He is also an avid concert photographer. He has worked for the Rifflandia Music Festival as well as local radio stations The Zone @ 91.3 and 100.3 The Q. Tyson has also done work with several local musicians including Jason Walsh and the now defunct Italian Edition.

When Tyson isn't writing or taking photos he can be found dreaming up new creative projects, consulting, or sleeping on the couch.
